The hotel was absolutely perfect for my short vacation in Norbury! Very good price, very clean, good customer service. Great location to go in and out of Central London. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

the room was good, spacious, everything that i needed was there. the internet was fast. when coming to croydon again, i will certainly stay there again.

Warm welcome on arrival-facilities very good-Communal Kitchen clean and drinks/food available to guests.Relaxed atmosphere in Dining area/TV Lounge.En-Suite very small but nice to have. Room very warm so a fan would be a welcome addition.Helpful and friendly staff.Very enjoyable stay-definately book again-thank you.

I wanted a cheap 2 day stay for business purposes. Tooting Aparthotel seemed to fit the bill but at the price, was not hoping for too much. My experience was that I had a very friendly greeting (he carried my bag to the second floor); had a spacious, clean and modern room en suite - with a window that opens! Tea & Coffee included Caprisun, hot chocolate and biscuits. The kitchen facility is amazing: frequently restocked and included all you could want for breakfast and a separate fridge to store your own groceries in if required. Lovely fresh, clean 'morning room' to eat in if preferred. I stayed two nights and had my room refreshed on the second day. It may not look much from outside but I will be recommending and using again. Superb value for money.
