Wasn't sure what to expect after some reviews saying it felt like student accomodation! But i was incredilbly pleasantly surprised, staff were friendly and helpful, clear and concise in their showing you round. The room was modern and incredibly comfortable!! Fantastic welcome pack, quiet accomodation set back from the main street, clean and tidy, bathroom was fab, yes it's shared but for the money you pay you certainly could not complain!! i disgagree with the 3* rating though!! i felt it should be 4*!! thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to friends and family!! for a clean friendly affordable place to rest your head in london, this place ticks all the boxes!! :o)
